Pandag was founded in 2021 with a simple conviction: that the commercial landscapes of the modern world — the corporate campuses, golf courses, solar farms, schools and public parks that shape how we live and work — deserve a better way to be cared for.

Labor was getting harder to find. Crews were getting older, and the next generation wasn't showing up. Injuries — the quiet, daily kind, not the ones that make the news — kept happening. Emissions rules were tightening. Clients wanted more, faster, cleaner. And the operators in the middle of all of it were asked, every season, to just figure it out.

We started Pandag because we didn't think anyone should have to just figure it out anymore.
